From st Juse I have a fully furnished large double bedroom for student or professional living and working in Norwich and the surrounding areas.
I've a large house in West Norwich (Costessey/Bowthorpe area).
A peaceful and recently redecorated house with easy access to the city (via bus or car) and university (UEA) and NNUH (Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital) with parking available. It also has fantastic access to the southern bypass with Dereham and A11 (Wymondham, Attleborough etc) a few minutes by car.
All bills (gas, electric, water and broadband) included making it a real bargain and place you can call home.
Equipped with washer dryer, 5 hob gas cooker, fan oven and microwave, a downstairs W/C and shared bathroom (that you don't have to queue for), low maintenance gardens and shed for storage.
The double bedroom comes with a double and single ottoman beds, wardrobe/hanger rail and chest of drawers.
The property is beside a nice wooded area so it's really peaceful to take strolls or jogs in the area too.
Conveniently located not far from a large Sainsbury's, Aldi, medical centre, pharmacy, schools and gym amongst other shops and restaurants/takeaways. A 24hr MacDonald's drive thru is also close if you ever get hungry at the end of a late shift.
Usually it's a calm haven in the week and we have a good balance of social chats with occasional meals and you always have privacy. So it's great if you want to mingle or just study/work from home.
