The property is close to the UEA, Hospital and Research Park, with bus connections leading to the city centre.

I am looking for a considerate, courteous, clean and tidy housemate to share my home with.

Rent is bills included (Water, Gas, Electric, Council Tax, WiFi, Cleaner - No TV Licence).

I do have a cleaner than comes in twice a month to clean the house. Currently they clean the second bedroom (currently rented out).
