Norwich is a 30 min drive .

The bathroom/ toilet and shower is shared between the household .

Easygoing and pleasant landlady goes away visiting family occasionally , but when home, does all chores including cleaning plus bedrooms/ bed linen .Bathroom facilities cleaned daily. Dog stays downstairs.

Large green at rear of property. Parking in front of house on quiet cul-de-sac.

Quiet house with relaxed and happy atmosphere.

All bills and council tax included in the rent.

No smoking inside the house, but can smoke on patio. The landlady enjoys providing a home where there is a genuine welcome, in a clean, relaxed and comfortable space. Previous lodgers have all enjoyed their stay in this pleasant home.
