A detached, fully furnished 6 bedroomed house within a 20 minute walk of UEA which features fast broadband and a twice monthly cleaner. All bills are included in the monthly payment.

We only rent to single postgraduate students, so as to create a quiet atmosphere for study. There are no tenant fees and no deposit; only the first month's rent in advance is needed to secure the tenancy.

There are two PhD students remaining for the next academic year, one PhD student and two MA students joining in September. The last bedroom available is bedroom 1 in the video which is the largest room in the house and benefits from a sink.

Together with the six bedrooms there are two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio back garden.


We are a family run business with a number of properties near UEA, of which we are all alumni. We have an extensive knowledge of UEA and Norwich and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We do not use letting agents, so you will always deal with us directly throughout your tenancy.
