Hello! My name is Laura, and I’m a journalist working full-time Mon-Fri. I am looking for a female lodger for my spare bedroom.

The house: 2-bedroom terraced house on a quiet cul-de-sac in NR1. Less than a 10-minute walk from Norwich train station. I have the back bedroom with an ensuite, so you will have sole use of the ground-floor bathroom.

Downstairs there is also a lounge, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle, plus an iron and ironing board. At the back, there is a small garden with a table and chairs, which is lovely to sit out in during the summer.

The room: a homely, sunny double room with lots of natural light, a south-facing window. Double bed, brand new John Lewis mattress and pillows. Built-in wardrobe

Rent: The rent is £625 per calendar month, inclusive of bills, except for Council Tax. Council Tax is Band A and would be split between us.

About you: I am looking for a female lodger who is also working full-time. I am clean and tidy and would like to live with someone similar. At the weekends I enjoy painting/arts & crafts. The room is for single occupancy
