The house a is a great size with a large dining/living room, good sized kitchen, huge garden and large drive.

Im a friendly and relaxed landlord who will always act quickly on any issues. I like to be a friend as well as a landlord :). The tenant leaving is a young man. The two tenants remaining who live in the property are both professionals (male and female) in the other two occupied rooms.
