Looking for a friendly and tidy person (ideally she/them) to take a small double room in a two-bedroom flat in NR3, in a great location behind the popular Magdalen Street.

The room comes unfurnished and easily fits a double bed and other furniture – please see the photos showing the room with the current tenant’s furniture.

The rest of the property is furnished, with space for additional furniture. The kitchen and lounge are well-equipped, and there is also a small balcony.

There are 2 very affectionate and well-behaved cats who also live here – Bonnie and Marcie!

I work from home 2-3 days a week, so I am looking for someone who also values a clean and tidy home.

This tenancy would be for 6 months initially, with the option to continue on a rolling monthly basis. This will be a change of sharer on the tenancy agreement, subject to the landlord approval and referencing.

Looking for a respectful, easy-going working professional. It would be nice to share an occasional bottle of wine together!
