Come and stay in our lovely large home in a quiet area.

You'll have a comfortable double room with your own shower room, and use of our kitchen and utility room.
There is also a large garden room with piano overlooking the sunny garden.
The house is on the edge of the city, 2 minutes walk from the woods, marshes and river in a quiet cul de sac. The city centre is 25 mins walk, and there are regular buses. Shops are also close. It is easily accessible to the A11, A140 and City College and drivable to UEA and the hospital.
At home are me, my 19 year old son (off to university soon) plus 1 cat.
There is a garage for bikes and off road parking

Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday lets are both possible. Short or longer term arrangements both ok.
