Looking for a housemate to join me and 3 other girls in our 4 bedroom house

We have already signed the contracts so the house is secure but unfortunately had a girl drop out post-signing and deposit paying

The house is located just off Bowthorpe road (30 30-minute walk from the UEA or 25 minute journey from NUA) in a cul-de-sac with plenty of off-road parking and close the Tesco express

the bedroom includes a separate study that is just for the tenant

It’s £144 per week bills included each for 2 double bedrooms and 1 shared large family bathroom between the 2 on one floor (myself and the other tenant would share the other bathroom and downstairs toilet)

The deposit for the house is £550 but that would just have to be paid before moving in

The house is available from the 2nd July
