I have one room available in a house I am moving into. It is a three bedroom house, however I work from home full time so the third room will be an office.
- two blocks from main strip in town
- five minute walk to the beach and pier
- small backyard
- large living room and kitchen
- the room can be furnished or unfurnished
- rent is £450 without bills or £550 with, happy for you to let me know which suits
- move in from beginning of February

Ideally looking for someone to lease the room for about six months though also happy to consider short term stays.
