The house is empty during the day and very quiet over the weekend with most of us not here or working. There’s a garden which is in the sun most of the day! Looking for someone to take the room on 01/06/26 with a minimum 6 month contract! The landlord is very friendly and anyways does her best to help if any issues come up! There’s parking for 5 cars and it’s in a quiet cul de sac! The house is at the end of the road from the UEA and the Hospital and there’s a bus stop right outside!
