There is another female lodger currently with the living in landlord ( present in the house only a few days a month).
House is fully furnished. Gas & elec bills are additional and to be shared between the 2 lodgers. All other bills are included. Room is furnished with a bed, mattress & built in wardrobe. Bathroom is a shared bathroom but toilet is not used by anyone else in the house.
