A bright large double bedroom is available in a classic Norwich terrace, ideally located close to the N&N Hospital and the UEA, with Unthank Road’s shops and cafés roughly a 15-minute walk away. There is a bus stop for the UEA about a four-minute walk down Colman Road, and the street offers permit-free parking. The room is south-facing, so it benefits from plenty of natural light and warms nicely during the day. The room has a double bed, two built in cupboards and a chest of drawers can be provided. The household has gas central heating and is well insulated. Bills—including council tax (Band B), gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence—are all included. A standard deposit will be placed in a protected scheme, and the contract requires 6 weeks notice at the end.
