We are looking for clean, tidy, quiet and respectful people.

The bed and wardrobe is a year old and the carpet is new.

Looking for professional working people preferably, short or long term available. (Strictly non-smoking residence)

Dining room is a good size.

*Parking is on the road and there is ample space. The road is blocked off at the bottom so there is no through traffic and it is very quiet, especially at night.

The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and the town centre about 15 minutes.
