This house has undergone an extensive refurbishment over the last 6 months and is now available to move in as soon as references are complete.
You will be asked to pay a holding deposit equivalent to a weeks' rent if you make an application. This is taken to take the room off the market and this is deducted from the first months rent that you pay. We are shortly going to be offering a no-deposit option using Reposit. All rents are paid on the 1st of the month and a deposit equal to the cost of the room rent is held in a secure tenancy deposit scheme.
