I have a lovely double room available in my flat located in Norwich near the train station and vibrant city centre.

The room is equipped with a Kind size super comfy bed with double wardrobe and drawers and large ensuite shower room with walk in shower.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge and balcony overlooking river. The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine, dish washer and air fryer.

The flat is situated on the second floor of a secure and gated modern development moments walk from Riverside retail park with its gym, shops, coffee outlets, cinema and supermarket. It has excellent transport links and riverside walks are on the doorstep.

I'm ideally looking for someone friendly and respectful who likes to keep their environment neat and tidy. I work part time as a massage therapist in the city and like to cook and go to the gym. I have an adorable Cavapoochon dog so someone who is confident and loves dogs is a must.

All bills will be included including wifi and bedding, towels and a desk can be provided for if necessary.
