I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared flat in NR1 (Surrey Street, by the bus station and right in the city centre).

Ideally someone in there 20s as my two flatmates (1 male, 1 female) are! The room is a very good size with its own bathroom, very modern as we are the first tenants to have lived here!

Rent is £500 per month, for bills and everything else you’re welcome to enquire about!
