I'm looking to put an offer in to rent this 2bed 3bath apartment in the centre of Norwich. Rent would be £725/ month each without bills (council tax band C). The place is unfurnished but absolutely stunning, with two ensuite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living space and a mezzanine with an additional bathroom.

Looking for someone to buddy up and sign the lease with me. I have viewing booked for Friday 16th and would be looking to apply on the day. Happy to meet or video call beforehand to see if we would be a good fit and discuss if you'd be able to attend the viewing!

I'm a 26 year old Norfolk local who's returning to the city having lived in London for the past 4 years. I work for a London-based university so will be travelling down to London every other week or so for work. Outside of work I'm interested in any form of live music, reading, knitting and anything creative. Looking for someone of a similar age, no preference on gender.
