I’m planning to move out and am looking for someone to take over my lease from May. The property is near Unthank Road, about 5 minutes away from the Tesco Express. My lease finishes in August but the landlord is happy to discuss this.

The room comes with a built in small wardrobe which has two rails. There is permitted parking on the street and there are no other drivers in the house. This is the perfect location for students or professionals. It is £595 with all bills and council tax included. You would be living with two guys who are very friendly and clean.

There is a communal living room, kitchen and garden. The bathroom is shared with one other person and there is a washer- dryer.
