I am offering a room for a lodger including use of the bedroom, shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The property is 10 minute walk from the city centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a large storage cupboards set into the back wall for your belongings/clothes. There is room for a desk in the room too if you need to work/study from home.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me, there is a good amount of storage space. There is a gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and other appliances.

This is just a quiet room for someone looking for a simple room to stay in. There is no shared lounge at the property so the only space for the lodger will be the room, so please be sure you are ok with that before enquiring to avoid disappointment.

Also there is no parking available so if you have a car and require a parking space then unfortunately this room will not be suitable for you.

All bills are included, including broadband. Lodger fee of £330 is payable each month in advance. Lodging is on a rolling monthly basis.
