We are looking for a young professional to join us in our 4 bedroom house on Pottergate. The room has a desk, a double bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rail. The house has a shared bathroom, downstairs toilet, shared kitchen, living room and garden.
The tenancy would be available from Wednesday 4th October and will be £500 a month not including bills. Bills will be around £90-£150, but this could slightly change. Bills include 1/4 of: Electricity, gas, water, wifi, tv license and council tax.
This would be a month by month rolling tenancy.
