I am looking for two working ladies to rent my spare rooms to. One is small (£100), and one a little larger (£120). The small one is a comfortable single room furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe, while the larger room has the same furniture and also includes a desk and armchair.

You would be sharing my home with myself and one other lady. I expect a peaceful lifestyle and I am looking for two other working ladies who are looking for the same.

You would be sharing the kitchen and shower (wet room). You are also welcome to enjoy the garden. All utility bills and Wi-Fi are included. If you would need to park your car I would need time to to apply for a permit for you.

I am situated in the NR1 Lakenham area of Norwich. Close to shops, bus stops and the ring road, 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

I keep the house clean and tidy, and would expect you both to do the same.

Small room - £100 p. w. one months rent in advance + £100 returnable deposit.
