Hi, I am a student at UEA who needs a new tenant to take over my room and tenancy agreement in Pablo Fanque House for the academic year 24/25. I have changed my plans and no longer staying here for the next year, so need someone to replace me in early September. The tenancy agreement is for 165 a week which is at the cheapest rate available (they are now selling rooms for 180 a week) so it's a pretty good deal. They also offer a bus pass for the whole year so the one they had reserved for me should be available too. The property includes bike storage, a lounge on the first floor and a loft / relax area at the top floor with a pool table and TV and fabulous views across the city. Very conveniently located a few minutes walk from the bus stop for UEA, five minutes walk to Sainsbury's and ten minutes to the train station. It's a six person corridor on the first floor, the room looking out to the back courtyard.
