I am in the process of redecorating the room (new bed and curtains).
I am looking for someone who would like a home rather than a 'house share'.
You will be sharing with myself and my Chihuahua plus on certain nights my older well behaved children (usually sun/mon/tues).
The house is beautiful and recently renovated so new cooker/dishwasher/fridge/roll top bath/walk in shower etc.
Most of the time it will just be sharing with myself. I don't drink or smoke love reading, board games and scandinoir dramas!
I want a quiet happy relaxed and safe atmosphere/home so it wouldn't suit someone who likes to party or drinks/smokes etc.
I would prefer a female with a mature attitude.
Any potential lodgers must have a full time job (no working from home full time) and be willing to give 2 references.
