Hi there!

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to help with costs over the next few months. I grew up with my mum and four younger sisters, so ideally looking for a female lodger (I’ve lived with men and boys before – just feel more trust and at ease with women at home!).

About the flat:

Second floor in a quiet, residential area

15-minute walk to the train station

2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop

Balcony catches the afternoon and evening sun – perfect for relaxing

No smoking inside, but balcony use is welcome

Good Wi-Fi (no TV licence though)

The vibe:

Relaxed, peaceful, and friendly – but definitely a “do-your-own-thing” type of space. I work from home mostly, but I’m planning to be away quite a bit soon, so you’ll have the place to yourself sometimes too.

One single bedroom with chest of drawers and hanging space.

Extras:

A very chilled, cat-like Shiba Inu also lives here – so dog love is essential! He’s low-maintenance, mostly does his own thing and people watches from the balcony but does appreciate a tickle now and then (his choice, of course).

I love to cook and eat, and happy to share meals or a takeout when it suits us both.

I want this to be a safe, respectful space for us both. Open to discussing anything you might need to make it feel like home. Happy to provide a reference from my youngest sister, who lived here for a year before moving on.
