I have a double room in my house, which is 5 minutes walk to the train station and bus stops to UEA and Hospital. It's also 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

The house is on 3 levels and has recently been fully refurbished to very high standards.

The room is at the back of the house and therefore very quiet.

The house has got 2 living areas, one of them complete with TV.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom has loads of storage space. 4 draws underneath bed and built in wardrobes

The cost is £700 per month, and this includes most bills ( Council Tax, Broadband , Water and TV licence ). Unfortunately we need to discuss the Gas and Electricity.

The house is a 3 bedroom house but I only have one lodger at the time. It makes it more homely and it allows space for family to visit.

The house is very tidy .

I am very happy to consider short lets, from 1 week up to 3 months.
