Replacement tenant needed for my room at Crown Place, Norwich, as I am looking to move out.

The room is on floor B2, it has a double bed, private en-suite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen/living area with very friendly flatmates. Crown Place is in a convenient location for getting around Norwich and is close to the city centre and has bus routes which are a two-minute walk away leading directly to UEA.

The property has a number of facilities, such as; a cinema room, gaming room, gym/dance studio, music room, karaoke room, cafe, post office, bin store, laundry room, private bookable dining room, bike storage and furthermore, it’s bills included!

I am looking for someone who is interested in taking over my tenancy. The tenancy is for 44 weeks from 11/09/2026. It is due to end on 16/07/2027
