Hi there! I'll be moving out of my flat as I've started my work placement in London and am looking for a replacement on behalf of my housemates.

The house consists of 2 other UEA female students who are both artsy, creative and tidy. We are all uni students so we aren't home often.
We're looking for someone ideally between the ages of 18-25 that enjoys a clean and cozy, house. Our house has
5G wifi that is fast and reliable, and we have a yard with a bike shed.
My room is in the front of the house and you will share a toilet.
Our landlord is fine with a working professional as well, but you will have to pay additional council tax (we are band B)
The house is located near Dereham road and is 5 minutes away from a Co-op and bus-stops leading to the city.
