This location is perfect walking distance from Norwich University of the arts, town centre, train and bus station. There is parking space available.
The room we have available is fully furnished with a double bed, flexible-spaced wardrobe few drawers, and a study desk.
We are a quiet and respectful household, and looking for someone to maintain that ideology. There’s a shared living room space, kitchen and bathroom (with shower and bath) that we have keep clean and tidy after using. We each have our own designated spots for storage in the kitchen and bathroom and we are open to sharing some utensils with permission.
Overall, just looking for a good and responsible roomate.
