I'm looking for someone to sublet my double room over the summer. It comes fully furnished with post-war antiques, including a wash stand.
The house is spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a living room with a working fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, and a back garden.
There are several supermarkets within a 4-minute walk of the house, along with two bus stops to the city centre and several pubs and restaurants.
You will be sharing the house with three lovely women, all recent graduates of the UEA writing program, as well as a resident cat. Whilst we're all sociable, and enjoy cooking together, we all tend to favour early nights.
The room is available immediately for £150 per week, including bills.
