Location - in the heart of NR3, convenience shop opposite with Tescos and Daily Fresh five minutes walk away. Great coffee, bakeries and pubs all just a short walk too and 15 minutes into city centre.

You’d be sharing with me (39 y/o female). I’m in and out quite a lot, I love to travel and like socialising, cooking, wine and occasional exercise 😂. Looking for a lodger who will respect my home & treat it as their own and who would be up for popping to the pub but also happy to have nights in when we cross-paths.

Option to purchase parking permit and / or beryl bike and scooter stations near by.
