Hi! I’m moving out of London and am looking for someone to take over the room! I’m flexible on move dates as I’m not moving into another rental agreement but would love to move in March….SO what you need and want to know is below!
About the place:
It’s a cosy and pretty little flat, gorgeous wooden floors, very bright being on the 4th floor (no lift 🙃) and gets amazing sunsets both from the south facing living room and your room. There is a cat called Onyx who is mostly outdoors via the balcony which looks out on the shared leafy gardens.
The flat and room is unfurnished but the house obviously is mostly equipped, however there is a fair amount of stuff staying (the pics are a bit old but nothing major is different!)
Highlands Court is set apart on its own private road/land (just off Gipsy Hill and 5 mins walk up from the station), and so it’s very peaceful and quiet (except for the foxes), with large shared green space. If you dare cycle around these hills there is a dedicated garage in the neighbouring building which I do use (it costs about £2 a month I think!) and there is lots of car parking space in front of the building. About three minutes walk up the hill is the Crystal Palace Triangle, all the shops and cafes, pubs, a big Sainsbury’s, Everyman cinema, library etc etc. 20 min walk to Crystal Palace station for the Windrush line for East London access, 15 mins or less to Crystal Palace Park, closest gym is the National Sports Centre in the park :)
The landlady is very nice and has been very helpful and quick with issues arising (like our shower raining on the downstairs neighbour!)
This is a lot of writing so congrats for making it this far, feel free to message with any questions comments n concerns ✌🏼🧡
