Spacious furnished double available for 3 or 4 months, May to July/August (can be flexible). You'd have the place to yourself a lot as Monday–Friday lodger isn't around that much. Ideal for a clean, considerate professional or postgraduate looking for a comfortable base in London over the summer.

The room is large and quiet with a very comfortable Queen sized bed (with good quality bedding and sheets you can use). The flat has Wi-Fi and space to work from home in the shared living room. There’s direct garden access to the large communal garden that the flat looks out onto. It’s peaceful, pleasant and green.

It’s well connected for transport with easy access to central London (Crystal Palace train station <10 min walk - regular, direct trains to London Bridge, Victoria, or the Overground up to Shoreditch High St - all c. 25 min journeys). The flat is on a quiet, leafy street although minutes away from the restaurants, bars and cafes of Crystal Palace triangle. The beautiful Crystal Palace Park 5 minutes away. There's free on street parking too. If you don't know Crystal Palace, it's a great area with a real sense of community, and won No. 1 best area to live in London (Google the Times article!).

You’d be sharing with one other person - my lovely Monday to Friday lodger who won’t be there on weekends, works long hours and hardly uses the kitchen, so you’d have the space to yourself a lot of the time. Bills are included, and I’m looking for someone reliable who will treat the space well.
