The room is quiet and overlooks the garden below so you can enjoy watching the squirrels and blue jays! The room is partly furnished with a bed, new mattress, tallboy chest of drawers, hanging rail for clothes and desk with chair.

The flat is on the first floor of a lovely characterful Victorian property and is just 5 minutes walk from the park and Crystal Palace Station which has excellent links to London Bridge, Victoria and the city. Crystal Palace triangle is a 5-10 minute walk away and has a brilliant mix of cafes, independent shops & bars

You'll be sharing with me, a 47 year old female. I'm friendly, considerate and easy going and like to keep the space clean, calm and welcoming. The rent is £850 per month which includes all bills and cleaning.
