My name is Brad, I am 38, work full time and I am northerner, so naturally really lovely and friendly even if I do say so myself.

My partners name is Richard and is British Caribbean.

This will be a very chilled house share. I would like this to feel like a home for someone rather than just renting a room in a flat. So if you’re looking for a party home this probably isn’t for you.

All I ask is your kind and respectful.

It will be a shared bathroom, share living room and open kitchen dining area. There is also a garden area with a shed should you want to use it.

The location is brilliant for public transport and you can be in London Bridge within 15 mins of leaving the front door and Farringdon 23 mins.

Just a 2 minute walk from Norwood junction station you access to the Thameslink/london overground and national rail.

There are also bus stops with a 1 minute walk

On street parking is available with purchase of permit.

This room is ideal for someone looking for a chilled, relaxing space and and place they can call home. Renting out the room is not essential for us so we would like to have someone we feel comfortable with. Richard works from home 3 days a week but I work in the office Mon-Thurs and away 3 out of 6 weekends.

I am flexible with moving in dates, how long you want the room for and also happy to negotiate price, depending if you don’t want to use the room all days of the week.

Working from home will be considered depending on how frequent it is. Pets and partners are negotiable, but will be at an extra cost.

I also don’t mind you have people stay as long as this is not excessive.
