My brother and his family have moved to Australia for 2 years and are renting me their house while they're away. I'm looking for a couple of nice flatmates to share it with.

There are 2 furnished rooms with king-size beds available. Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen/dining room, a conservatory and a garden. There is one large family bathroom (separate shower and tub) and a second downstairs toilet.

We're a 10 minute walk from Norwood Junction station and around 20 minutes from the Crystal Palace triangle. And there is plenty of on-street parking available.

£900 p/m before bills (council tax - band E, Thames water, gas and electric, wifi, TV license). I'm happy to live with couples, but multiple occupancy will impact rent and bills

I work in Film & TV as a camera assistant so have fairly irregular working hours. I enjoy cooking, reading and when the sun is out shooting (often missing) some hoops at the basketball court in the park at the end of the road.
