**£950 pcm | Cosy double room in 2-bed flat | Norwood Junction | 8 min walk to station** Bills included.

**Great connections from Norwood Junction, just 12 mins to London Bridge!**

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate lodger to share my cosy 2-bedroom flat in Norwood Junction.

The flat is my home, so I'm looking for someone who wants somewhere comfortable and relaxed, rather than a typical busy house share. It's particularly well suited to someone who works in an office or hybrid role and is out during the day, but there's no restriction on working from home, the dining room table makes an ideal work station and there is always the option to work from the co-working facilities at Stanley Arts Center, locally.

The room:

The room has been recently decorated and is a good-sized, cosy double bedroom with:

- Double bed with under-bed storage
- Good-sized wardrobe and full-length mirror
- Large chest of drawers
- Shoe cupboard
- Juliet balcony
- Plenty of natural light

It's a good-sized room with decent storage, but probably best suited to someone who doesn't have loads of belongings. It's a comfortable and practical space rather than a huge bedroom.

The flat:

It's a modern 2-bedroom flat that I own and live in.

You'll have access to a spacious, bright shared living room with two sofas, an armchair and a large dining table. The kitchen is stocked with all the usual amenities, including a microwave, air fryer and washing machine. There's also a bathroom with a bath/shower.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I'm friendly and sociable but also independent, so I'm happy to have a chat, cook together or watch something occasionally, but equally we're both free to do our own thing.

Location:

Norwood Junction is really well connected. The station is around an **8-minute walk from the flat**, with trains taking around **12 minutes to London Bridge**. A local Tesco is a short 3mins walk and a large Aldi by the station, along with numerous coffee shops.

There are also great connections around South London, and Crystal Palace is just a short bus ride away or a leisurely walk.

Who I'm looking for:

Ideally, you'd be:

- A working professional
- Clean, tidy and considerate
- Friendly and easy-going
- Independent and respectful of personal space
- Someone who enjoys living somewhere relaxed and homely
- Ideally not working from home full-time

I'm open to shorter-term arrangements and happy to discuss what you're looking for.

**£1,000 pcm including bills.**

About me:

I'm a Product Designer and work hybrid. When I'm not working, I'm usually out running or socialising with friends. I enjoy all the usual stuff, eating out, travelling, seeing friends and chilling out on the sofa.

If it sounds like it could be a good fit, send me a message with a little bit about yourself, what you do for work and what you're looking for in a place to live.
