We are friendly, multicultural (HK, French) live in landlords who'd love to show you around the area.

We're looking for a clean, equally friendly flatmate to rent a double room from May 2021. Ideally someone who would stay a minimum of 6 months - No pictures of the room yet as we're currently fully refurbishing the ENTIRE flat. But it means everything will be brand new.

I can send old pictures of in private for you to get an idea of the layout.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, ideally located 5 mn walk from Norwood Junction Station. Very good transport links:

- 10 mn from London Bridge Station (direct Thameslink trains)

- 15 mn from New Cross/Goldsmith University (direct overground train)

- 30mn from Shoreditch (direct overground train)

- 30 mn from King's Cross St Pancras, going pass Blackfriars, St. Paul, Farringdon (direct Thameslink trains)

- 30 mn from Victoria Station, going pass Clapham & Battersea (direct trains)
