I am looking for a responsible single occupant or couple to sublet our beautiful home in South Norwood/Crystal Palace, close to Crystal Palace F. C, south Norwood lakes, and good transport connections.

It's 10 minutes walk to Selhurst station, and 15 mins walk to Norwood Junction, a very nice high street and village-y vibe. It’s just 12 mins to London bridge from Norwood Junction, (1 stop on the Thameslink), 25 mins to Farringdon and Kings X. There is also the Overground where you can get to Peckham in 10 mins and Hackney in 30 mins, so it’s very well connected. Late trains come back to Selhurst (10 mins walk) from Victoria.

We want somebody with some experience with cats/be a cat lover and can help feed the cat in residence for the discounted price.

£350 a week – all bills included - 3 weeks minimum from around 27 March - 15 April, some flexibility. Potential to extend for 2 months.
