Renting out my spare room in my flat (1 living room + Dining, 1 kitchen, 1 guest toilet, 1 shower room & toilet, 2 sizeable double bedrooms) in Norwood Junction on a white street with free parking. The flat is 1 minute walk from the expansive & beautiful South Norwood country park, 10 mins to trams taking you to Beckenham and Wimbledon, 12 mins from Norwood junction for London overground & 12 mins trains to central london. The flat is beautiful and filled with some art work I’ve been collecting.

Tesco is just down the street, there’s also a Sainsbury’s (5mins walk) and an Aldi (13mins walk).

Norwood junction is an up and coming neighbourhood conveniently located in south London close to east Croydon, Dulwich, Peckham and Crystal Palace. Apart from the tram and train links mentioned above, there’s numerous buses to take you just about anywhere including central london.

ABOUT ME:

I’m a young professional (Engineer) working in the city. I typically work 2-3 days in the office and like to chill on the weekends. I’m easy going and do love to meet new people. When I’m not chilling I’m working hard. I’ve just moved into the property which I own and still setting up bits here and there. You would also be free to use my gym membership , my gym is just at the end of the street. I also cycle and love to chef up delicious cuisines every now and then.

ABOUT YOU:

Ideally you’d be mature and responsible, willing to care for the flat and keep it nice and tidy as I’m not a fan of untidiness. You’d also not be a permanent wfh but happy to consider, Your room will have a desk and chair. This would suit someone who’s between places and just needs a short term accommodation.
