This is a queer, poly household in their 30s, including a couple who own the house. We are relaxed, sociable, and spend quite a lot of time out seeing friends but when we are home, like to chat, cook, sit in the garden, and play music.

The available room is currently a spare room - it can be furnished or unfurnished - happy to move the desk or other items into the attic if you wanted to use the space differently, or put a double bed in.

Crystal Palace has an active queer community, including a monthly drinks in a local pub, a queer community garden, and various groups under the umbrella of the South East London Sapphics.
