Hi there,

I have a double bedroom available in a homely and clean 3 bedroom Edwardian house. The room comes with built in storage, bookcase, and bedside table. The carpet, mattress and bed (with drawers) are all brandnew.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and kenwood food mixer. The bathroom comes with a buth tub (and shower head). The house is spacious with living room and an additional dining and living area. As I moved here over a year ago all furniture and fittings are new and in excellent condition. There is also a garden with barbeque area and a hammock for sunny days!

The house is situated in the South Norwood area and is well connected. It is a 3 min walk from Selhurst Station, taking you to Balham in 13 mins by train and 25 mins to Victoria. Norwood Junction is a 12 minute walk and is only 1 stop by train to London Bridge (only 12 mins). Crystal Palace, with its triangle of coffee shops, antigüe shops and quirky vibe is a quick bus ride or 30 minute walk. Norwood Junction is home to a yoga studio, craft beer place, wine bar and coffee shops. There is a big Sainsbury's 5 mins away, an Aldi in Norwood Junction and Tescos in Thornton Heath. There are plenty of gyms and nice Parks in the area (South Norwood Lakes and Crystal Palace). If you are a football fan, Cryatal Palace grounds are a 5 minute walk from the house.

I work in learning and development for a construction company. I enjoy spin classes, dance, travelling, exploring London, reiki and chilling in the garden. I am looking for someone who is clean, enjoys having a chat in the evening but also has their own life.

Rent is £850 per month and includes all bills (council tax, tv licence, broadband, water, gas and electric). I am also open to a Monday to Friday let and short term lets.
