My name is Lorraine, a Christian and in my 30's. I have a 3 bedroom (1 is used as my home office) house in south east London (SE25) and am renting out my spare bedroom. I'm looking for a clean (the kind of person who cleans after themselves everywhere takes care of the garden or does not leave dirty dishes in the sink overnight), respectful and quiet female to occupy the single room available.

The bedroom available to rent comes with a bed (in picture it is collapsed as a single bed but expands as a Double Bed) and a large mirrored wardrobe and a built in storage space. There is broadband, Shared living room, kitchen and shared bathroom/toilet the toilet and bathroom is seperate.

I am looking for a respectful and quiet female to occupy the room who doesn't mind alternating cleaning responsibilities or mucking in to help with general household things.
