The flat is located just 2 minutes from Norwood junction station (National rail + overground). Very quick commute to Central London.

The area has plenty of local shops nearby, including both Aldi & Sainsbury's just a short walk away for all your essentials.

The room is currently unfurnished but I can provide wardrobe/chest of drawers and bed if needed. There’s a small back garden (perfect to share a meal during summer nights) and parking is free for residents/visitors.

The home is shared with two friendly cats, so it would suit someone who is comfortable around animals and enjoys a warm, homely atmosphere.
