I have a comfortable double room to rent to the rear overlooking a mature garden. and to the front overlooking a park. The room has just been refurbished and comes furnished with double bed (new mattress), bedside table and light, wardrobe &, desk available. All common parts of the house are shared -

All bills and wi fi (except council tax), are included in the rent. Council tax due to be confirmed .
The house is a nice 10 - 15 min walk from Norwood Junction/Crystal Palace main line stations, or a 5 minute bus ride, which have fast trains into London Bridge/Victoria . . Alternatively a short journey into Brixton gets you 10 mins away from Victoria on the tube. There is free street parking all around. The house is in a quiet residential area with park opposite. Crystal Palace has loads of bars and restaurants as well as independent traders and a Salisbury - a couple of minutes away are convenience stores . Sports available at the National Sports Centro in Crystal Palace and a Leisure Centro in Thornton Heath (10 min walk).
I am a semi retired project manager & work from home three days a week. I am sociable and happy to share a glass of wine of mug of tea.
Hopefully you will be a friendly, reasonably laid-back person looking for a home rather than a 'show home', who is happy to share the occasional meal but also to respect personal spaces.
