I’m looking for a friendly, respectful female housemate who is easy to live with and takes pride in where they live. I have a pretty regular routine and enjoy a calm, relaxed home environment, so it would be nice to live with someone similar — someone who’s considerate, easy to talk to, and doesn’t feel like a stranger in the house.

The house is a clean, tidy and comfortable 3-bedroom home with a garden. I like to keep the space light, airy and well looked after, so it’s important that whoever moves in is also clean and mindful of shared areas. It’s a no-shoes home and more of a peaceful environment rather than a party house.

The room is a spacious double. This is a room-only let with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom, and the living room is kept as a private space. All bills are included.

The location is great — close to Norwood Junction station and Harrington Road tram stop, with easy access into central London. South Norwood Lakes, the park, and local shops are all nearby.

This would suit another working professional or someone with a similar routine who just wants a quiet, comfortable place to come home to.

Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but this is a quiet home and not suited to frequent visitors or hosting.
