A comfortable double room is available in quiet home (flat) with a live in professional female landlord. The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, dressing table/desk, bedside table, small comfortable chair and small coffee table.
The main bathroom can be for sole use by the lodger during their stay. This is a vegetarian household, so the home is meat/fish/seafood free. A female, non smoking professional lodger is preferred who will appreciate a calm and respectful home. I am open to a male, non smoking professional lodger.
Rent includes all bills Full week rentals are welcome. Shorter stays (under 3 months) may be considered on discussion. I recommend an initial 4 week trial (1 month) and if no concern by either party a total minimum 3 month stay thereafter.
The property is located near bus stops with good connections to West Norwood, Streatham, Crystal Palace and Norwood Junction Stations. There is also the SL6 commuter bus nearby as well a bus to East Croydon Station.
Location is also ideal for nursing/medical students (which I'm open to) on placement at King's College Hospital with an approx 30 to 40min public transport commute.
Due to property/insurance requirements, a deposit, proof of ID, guarantor and emergency contact details will be required. There is lodging agreement that will require review and signing.
Viewings are encouraged and arranged by appointment with live in landlord. I will aim to respond within 2 to 3 working days.
