Looking for a roomie in Crystal Palace! - Double room with small en-suite bathroom available in 2 bed flat in Crystal Palace (SE19)

Hi! I'm Niamh, I'm 26 and work for a charity (2 days a week from home) looking for someone of a similar age/life stage/vibe - relaxed, respectful, clean and friendly to replace my flatmate who's moving back home.

Time period:
- starting June 1st ideally
- Our current contract runs till October 31st with new renters rights bill is have the option to continue a rolling contract on 2 months notice.

- £750+bills (comes to ~ approx 900 incl bills)
- Council Tax Band C

Room comes unfurnished but possibility of buying furniture from existing tenant.

Location
- Great transport links: 7 min walk to Crystal Palace train station, 10 min walk to Gipsy Hill train station, tonnes of great bus links within 3 mins walk

- Walking distance to Crystal Palace park, Sainsbury’s, pharmacy, library, coffee shops etc
