I am away december 15th 2023 to 15 january 2024, and am looking to sublet my bright and very conveniently located studio to one person or a couple. (- Please do NOT reach out if you are looking for other dates!)

It has a little balcony with sunlight all day, overlooking one of Notting Hill's beautiful garden squares.
It is a short walk to Notting Hill Gate station, Portobello and Westbourne Grove, conveniently nestled between those 3 hotspots, but quiet and residential.

It is small and old, but has everything one needs, a bathtub, kitchen, and gets a lot of sunlight all day, even in winter.

It has a fold out double bed that can conveniently be stored back into the wall during the day to make more space to live and not feel like a studio.
