Hi there!

My current flatmate is leaving (sad to see her go!) and I am looking for someone to take over her bedroom. It is a small double room, fully furnished, ideal for someone who is going to be spending many hours outdoors.

The apartment has an ideal central location, only 4 mins walk from the closest tube station (bakerloo line), 7 mins from the other tube station (circle & hammersmith lines) and 14 mins walking from Paddington station. Hyde Park and Regent Park are also nearby (25 mins walk and 15 mins walk accordingly).

The ideal flatmate would be a clean and quiet girl (I am a legal professional and I am working long hours - 3 days from home). I am very friendly, social and love to be having quality time with my flatmate, but also privacy is important.
